Terms and Conditions

  • We require 50% deposit on the placing of an order.  This is non-refundable and the final amount to be paid 7 days before collection if by cheque with cheque guarantee card or on the day of collection with cash.
  • Full address and telephone number is required with all orders.
  • If cheques are returned unpaid then court proceedings will follow and the amount outstanding will incur court charges and bank charges.
  • When cakes are sponge they will be made 2-3 days before required so ensuring freshness.
  • We cannot be responsible for cakes degrading if they are kept too long or stored in unsuitable conditions.
  • Cakes are to be collected from our premises between 9am and 4pm on the date arranged when placing order.
  • Any designs and information given shall be as close to interpretation as possible.  This will be agreed by both parties at the time of placing order.
  • We cannot be liable for copying designs or pictures of other third parties.  You will solely be responsible for any costs or charges claimed from this infringement.
  • We will not be responsible for any late changes or information given.
  • You will solely be responsible for any damage after collection.
Ingredients
  • Ingredients are of the finest quality.  We only use butter and fresh eggs.
  • Fruit cakes contain no nuts due to allergies and good quality brandy is used.
  • We prefer three months or more notice for fruit cakes as they are better when stored for a while to mature.
  • We will accept short notice orders providing dates are available
